Frank Linkous
General Manager

Frank Linkous’ background includes extensive work in real estate acquisition, entitlement, development, construction and sales.  He has been the lead project manager for over $80 million of residential and commercial development in Washington, Idaho and California.    In this capacity, Frank has been involved with site selection, entitlement, development, construction, marketing and sales of over 200 residential homes or commercial properties.

With years of hands-on experience on projects ranging from single family homes to $100 million condominium developments, Frank has the range of expertise to meet nearly any facility maintenance and/or construction need.  His extensive background in real estate sales offers Frank a unique perspective on building repair and development that drives higher customer value and sales beyond the typical contractor experience.

Frank is actively involved in the community, coaching youth sports as well as volunteering time at his children’s school and with his church.
